1. Returns and Exchanges
1.1 Eligibility for Returns Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are custom-made or personalized unless they are faulty.
1.2 Condition of Items To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
1.3 Time Frame If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, you must return the item within 14 days of receiving our approval.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Packaging: Carefully repackage the item to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
3.2 Non-Refundable Items Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

3.3 Shipping Costs Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged item.
4. Exchanges

5. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
